Location was perfect, next to Telecabina al-Andalus, staff was helpful yet we didn't see much of them. Excellent communication, friendly check-in. Had great stay and received wake up calls for free, a nice bonus. It had exceptional views. Lovely balcony for further relaxation.

Reasonably priced place. Really really nice experience, twin bedroom and perfectly clean bathroom. It opened to a marvellous urban. Dine at la antorcha restaurante, situated close to the venue, an experience to remember.

Met the purpose, ideal for a family. The accommodation was excellent in all aspects, we felt at home. Location was great, loved it. We also went to downtown, it's just next door to the venue. It's right by bus stop called Plaza de Pradollano, so you can visit everything you need. Having a kitchen was convenient...
